General Assembly Minutes

These minutes are a little bit more important than the regular ones because the General Assemblies Protocols are a legal document that have to be attached to, for example, the Inscription of the New Board that have to be submitted to the County Court".


For that reason, these protocols have to be written in (or translated to) German language.

A General Assembly regularly includes a voting section in the TOPS (either of The Board, or about any other important decision (such as a change in the fforst Statutes). All this information has to be accountable.
