General Assembly

The General Assembly is our assembly to either renew rental contracts or vote the new board usually. Also other concerns that concern rent debt equal or over 500.00 € or acquisitions that cost equal or more need to be discussed on this assembly.

Compared to an usual Weekly Assembly only board members are allowed to lead such an assembly. As voting is a main part of the General Assembly we need minimum 50 percent of our members attending to make the votes valid. Usually the majority vote will be the used format.

These assemblies usually take much longer than a Weekly Assembly. So either eat ahead of the assembly or bring something with you. Expect it to last between 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
