The board (DE: Vorstand) is the elected organ of our organization for the legal representation of the project and which assumes fundamental organizational tasks of the project.

Such a board's powers, duties, and responsibilities are determined by the assembly.

In fforst we have board elections twice a year: In April for the summer semester and in October for the winter term. The elections take place during a General Assembly.

The board is composed of three elected members:

1. First Board Member: in short, this is the person which represents the organization to the outside, meaning that is responsible for the external communication.

2. Second Board Member: this person is responsible for the rental situation, leasing contracts, internal communication of the project and is the head of the selection of new members.

3. Third Board Member: this person is responsible for the accounting and the supervision of the financial situation of the house.

Adittionally, there is a fourth member, which is not part of the board but it is also elected in a General Assembly: The Auditor
