The fforst Library

The fforst library has much to tell. The library is the place for the fförster / fförsties who prefer a change of rooms to generate a study atmosphere. It is also used for smaller meetings than the Weekly Assembly these days. For example the ViaSorority meets there each two weeks.

History & Renovation

The fforst library was finally refurbished and renovated in the midth of 2019. The fförster / fförsties had started a whole stretch of renovations in EE, starting in 2017 as finances allowed it. While being used for different purposes in the past - book and cloth exchange spots, and generally allowing fförster / fförsties to add their books, video cassettes and dvds to the mix of media material when not needing it for themselves anymore plus being a library in the usual sense - the place should become more clear and flexible.

The idea behind was to have a room with a closed door in EE which can be used for more than the only purpose being a library. A big white board had been installed to have the chance to visualise content of any kind.
