House Organisation Division
The House Organisation Division is bringing the fundamentals into the house - from cleaning utensils to delivery of beverages. If you are not around the whole week and prefer to work more on your own, this Ressort is the one. It contains many tasks which have to be done on a regular basis, but usually you can decide what day of the week you gonna do your task as it is not that much depending on anything. Only exclusion is the delivery of beverages which depends on events.

Cleaning
Generally every fförster / fförsties can keeo the effort of cleaning small by cleaning up after themselves & emptying the dish washer from time to time or filling it up after a brunch or great evening with friends. Do not put used glasses / cups into the sink behind the bar. Put them straight into the dish washer. If the dish washer is full, either start it or take out the clean items and put them where they belong.
What also can be done from each of us is erasing the shifts and dates, which have passed, on the Laundry Room schedule with a sponge and then writing the new dates. It is just a task of some minutes!!!

Delivery of Beverages
The delivery of beverages is really important as the events depend on these deliveries. Vodka and Tequila is usually bought in Slubice. Whiskey and wine is bought in Frankfurt. Beer, Cola, Mate, Water, Tonic are bought from our beverage dealer `Alisch`. You can get money in advance from The Board, if you wish to not pay from your own pocket.
You could also order a crate of anything for yourself. Just inform the Third Board Member and pay for your delivery.
In fforst you can always mark your drinks which you take from the bar area with putting lines on the drinks table which you find on the drinks´ room door between bar and kitchen. At the end of the month you will be informed how much you have to pay. Please pay via bank transfer and break down the sums in the purpose section of your transfer, like: 170 € rent plus 15 € for drinks. This will help the Third Board Member to easily check, if you paid in accordance.
Buying Cleaning Utensils / Keep the Stock full
The buying cleaning utensils / keep the stock full task just means that at any point of the week cleaning utensils of any necessary kind are at hand for people to fulfil their cleaning duties. Therefore an inventory list is the best tool to check over time what needs to be bought again. It is not the task of others to tell you what is out of stock. Please be aware!!!
Generate a Weekly Cleaning Schedule
Thanks to Olga in 2019 there is an easy way to always generate this schedule. Please always hand this way of generating the schedule to the next person who takes over your task or safe it on the fforst Cloud. Please always be in contact with the Second Board Member for adjusting the schedule of fförster / fförsties moving in or out. The earlier the new people get into contact with this schedule the better. Always just prepare it one month in advance as the fluctuation in the house is too high to generate it for a longer period.
Doing the fforst Laundry
The doing the fforst laundry task is usually one that gets forgotten, but is absolutely necessary to make cleaning work. Cleaning utensils alone do not do wonders. Every fförster / fförsties should put the dirty towels, cloths, sponges, floorclothes and kitchen aprons into the laundry basket. The laundry basket is placed in the right corner after entering the Laundry Room which is situated between the Smokers` Room and the EE. Please do the laundry once or twice a week and also collect dirty stuff from all over EE, especially the towels from the toilets and kitchen. Please straight replace them with new ones. Same with sponges, cloths or kitchen aprons.
Keeping the Basement organised & tidy
Keeping the basement organised and tidy looks to be a small task, but a tough one as well as you need to take care of many rooms and from both houses as well. Many brainstorming sessions brought many good ideas to life, but have not yet been established. If you are a disciplined person with a good eye for organising stuff, this might be your true task.
Bikes In each house one room shall be used for storing bikes only - the one when finishing the stairs to the left and straight left again.
Bulk Trash Another room needs to be ready for bulk trash. Right now the space in No4 when finishing the stairs to the right and straight left is used for this purpose. Bulk trash can be ordered by any registered person in the town of Frankfurt (Oder) twice a year and without charge. Bulk trash is considered trash that is too big for the usual bins or any machines.
fforst Furniture A room for fforst furniture only has not yet been fully established. The one right now in No4 on the opposite side to the bike space is also used to store furniture from people who moved out or do not use theirs at the mean time. A rearrangement needs to be done to separate both piles of furniture and finally make it easy for a New fförster to choose furniture for their apartment.
Decoration Hub The Decoration Hub can be found in No3 next to the bikes space - the room is in the middle which can be entered from the corridor, but is not at all organised nor tagged. With somebody taking care of this room we could decorate our parties much better and also know what we might still need to buy to maximise the decoration of any event. Christmas, Halloween or international events with flags... there are many possibilities.
