Heads of Ressort
In each Division a head of ressort should be nominated from its respective members to be the main communicator towards The Board and who tells inactive members to participate or they will get expelled from the Division and The Board contacted about their unwilingness to participate.
Minutes
The head of ressort also takes care of the information flow. Which means that minutes are written about the main information at each each meeting to let absentees know what is going on.
