Flat cooking

Flat-cooking is a fforst-intern event to get to know other fförsties better and also to get to know their flats. It was established to get to know fförsties as well as their taste to furnish & for food. Either House No 4 is inviting House No 3 into their flats or vice versa. The event takes place at least twice per semester and it reoccurs more or less often during the semester depending on how many other events may already happen in fforst. You get served a three-course menu.

You choose, if you wanna make a starter/appetizer, first course or dessert. It is either something you know from your home country or just something you want to cook that evening. The event usually starts at 8 PM and you are supposed to bring your own plate, cutlery and glass, so this way we avoid making fforst-cooks to become also cleaning-fförsters.

With the years you either started on the first floor and did move upwards the staircase onto the highest floor to have dessert or the other way around. In recent years this changed, as people on all floors also wanted to do another course. A menu plan can be designed to lead the people through the courses. Be open & await a journey of many different tastes.
