Board Assistance Division
The Board Assistance Division was formed in 2018 as tasks between members & The Board should be communicated more directly, but mainly to support The Board with tasks that they can not handle due to capacity shortages. Especially the Third Board Member needs big support in terms of keeping all things up to date. Therefore it is highly recommanded to ask for an assistant. The other board members may also seek for an assistant, but it is definitely not required as much.
Tasks:
- Post assistants for The Board members
- Support to The Board
- Post 2 minute takers for the semester
- Discuss & generate the agenda for the Weekly Assembly
