The statements (German: Rechenschaftsberichte) are a requirement by German association law to inform the members of the association about the tasks and projects. These are to show that everything has been done properly.

General structure of a statement:

  1. introduction about your general tasks
  2. projects & challenges during your term
  3. what did you learn / cherish being a board member
  4. congratulations to the members of the association who helped you on your way, or from the outside as well
