Division
Devisions / Ressorts are the main parts to keep the house running next to the board. Generally the devisions regroup after the big Workshop. People get to know the structures of the house at the workshop and then choose a Ressort of their interest, if possible. It can happen that some Ressorts are full. Either way you gonna improve some skills by taking part in a devision. Most Ressorts have general which fförsties have to fill before choosing a project as a goal in the semester.
Most important skill in each devision is: acting proactively / showing self-initiative
