The Auditor

""The Auditors"" is the most important person to determine if the board has fulfilled it´s duties financially. All three board members share the responsibility of the finances. The 3rd board member is not carrying this weight alone.

The auditor will conduct an audit. It is a check of all ins and outs on the bank account and in cash in both currencies: Euro and Zloty.

If losses occure the board members have to pay the amount divided by three (each board member) themselves or have to make use of their liability insurance.
