Divisions / Ressorts are the main parts to keep the house running next to the board. Generally the divisions regroup after the big fforst-Workshop. People get to know the structures of the house at the fforst-Workshop and then choose a Ressort of their interest, if possible. It can happen that some Ressorts are full. Either way you gonna improve some skills by taking part in a division. Most Ressorts have general tasks which fförster / fförsties have to fill in before choosing a project as a goal in the semester.

The questions that you should ask yourself first!

  1. What do you want (to achieve at fforst)? Was willst du (im fforst erreichen)?
  2. What can you do (bring to fforst already)? Was kannst du schon ins fforst einbringen?


Most important skill in each division is: acting proactively / showing self-initiative
