The division meeting is the platform to either discuss current issues or projects or addidtionally define future goals in each Division. At each meeting minutes shall be written to first of all have a record to get to, if people forgot a detail, but also to distribute the information to those who could not attend the meeting.
Please send the minutes to all members of the Division either on the same day or the next. Most times three or four days is far too long to inform the fförster / fförsties who did not participate. If information is slowly communicated, do not wonder why everything slowes down with it!!!
How often should you meet?
You should meet at minimum twice a month. This will help to integrate new members or distribute tasks which fförster / fförsties have been withdrawn from. Also consider doing more meetings, if necessary.
