Divisions / Ressorts are the main parts to keep the house running next to the board. Generally the divisions regroup after the big fforst-Workshop. People get to know the structures of the house at the fforst-Workshop and then choose a Ressort of their interest, if possible. It can happen that some Ressorts are full. Either way you gonna improve some skills by taking part in a division. Most Ressorts have general tasks which fförster / fförsties have to fill in before choosing a project as a goal in the semester.
The questions that you should ask yourself first!
- What do you want (to achieve at fforst)? Was willst du (im fforst erreichen)?
- What can you do (bring to fforst already)? Was kannst du schon ins fforst einbringen?
Most important skill in each division is: acting proactively / showing self-initiative

- designing (especially flyer & posters)
- language skills
- communication skills with other organizations
- event planning
- photography skills
- networking
- social media skills
